Customer support and servicesApart from production, VORMANN has also become a specialist service provider. It is important for us to involve customers who approach us with a request for special parts in the entire development process – from counselling to manufacturing – and to implement their ideas in the way they expect from us.
We consider service to stationary distributors to be just as important for us. Clear product presentations and informative brochures and pictograms are only a small selection of our sales promotion options at the point of sale.
Technologies
During its corporate history of more than 150 years, VORMANN has not only acquired the necessary know-how, but also the machinery and equipment to match for making standard ranges and customized products. Our in-house engineering department and tool making shop enable us to respond quickly and flexibly to our customers’ wishes, and to solve any problems which may occur in production.
Customised products
Manufacturing hinges according to drawings, as well as other customized press-bent parts, has been one of our corporate strengths for many years. We supply a great variety of industries consistently with high-quality products. To this end, we have established a QM system which covers the entire production process, from planning to final delivery.
